The ICLG M&A 2022 covers common issues in M&A laws and regulations, including relevant authorities and legislation, target defences, bidder protection, and mechanics of acquisition in 38 jurisdictions. Luc and Jeroen set out the Belgian rules and principles relating to M&A and give useful updates regarding the Belgian market, including recent and upcoming legislative initiatives.
