Pieter Pecinovsky

Pieter Pecinovsky est Of Counsel chez Van Olmen & Wynant, spécialisé en droit social.

Pieter dispose d’un master (2013) et d’un doctorat (2018) en droit de la Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2013). Ses recherches de doctorat sur la gouvernance économique de l'UE et le droit à la négociation collective ont été couronnées par le prix Brian Bercusson (ETUC) en droit européen du travail en 2019. 

Pieter est conseiller juridique et Knowledge manager chez Van Olmen & Wynant. Il est également Research Fellow à l'Institut de droit du travail de la KU Leuven et chargé de cours suppléant à l'Université Libe de Bruxelles (ULB). Ces dernières années, il a été chargé de cours suppléant à la KU Leuven et à l'UCL Louvain.

Pieter est membre du comité de rédaction du "Arbeidsrechtjournaal", de la "Nieuwsbrief Arbeidsrecht" et du "European Employment Law Cases". Il est également membre de BEGASOZ/ABETRASS (Association des professeurs belges de droit social), de l'Association belge pour les relations de travail (BVVA) et du Réseau académique de l'European Social Charter and Social Rights. Il est membre du Conseil consultatif sur le droit pénal social.

Pieter est l'auteur de nombreuses publications nationales et internationales et il est régulièrement invité comme orateur lors de séminaires juridiques et de conférences internationales.
