The Corporate department is looking for a new addition to its team. The preference goes to a Dutch speaking attorney with (preferably) some practical experience in corporate law.
Depending on your level of experience, you will advise our clients in various areas of company law, either independently or in close cooperation with a senior associate and/or partner of the firm. You will support our clients, often Belgian growth companies, in a wide range of corporate law transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and Private Equity/Venture Capital deals.
