Alexei Loubkine

Alexei Loubkine is partner at Van Olmen Wynant and heads the dedicated team specialized in general commercial law with a focus on related litigation.

Alexei advises national and international clients, including public authorities, regarding various aspects of commercial and business law in industrial, service and financial sectors, among others, on matters related to distribution and cooperation agreements. Alexei also has specific knowledge in contract and tendering matters related to public authorities. He has extensive experience in litigation both before Belgian judicial and administrative courts (Council of State) and before arbitral tribunals, and in enforcement related issues.

Alexei graduated with a Master of Law degree from the University of Leuven (KUL, 2002). He obtained a Master in European law from the University of Brussels (ULB, 2003) and was admitted to the Bar and joined Van Olmen Wynant in that year. Alexei is a member of the International Distribution Institute.
