Britt Laenen

Britt Laenen is Of Counsel at Van Olmen & Wynant and specialises in GDPR. 

She joined Van Olmen & Wynant in 2022 and advises both companies and individuals on the implementation and compliance of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Her expertise includes mailbox access at the end of employment, and processing of personal data in general. 

Britt graduated as Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp in 2010, where she focused mainly on social law. She also obtained a Master after Master’s in Human Resource Management from Antwerp Management School in 2011.
