On 20 June 2024, Van Olmen & Wynant organised a Corporate Forum at De Warande in Brussels. We were able to welcome more than 70 CEO’s, entrepreneurs, inhouse counsels, founders and bankers for a presentation on buy and build strategies, including the own experience of DSTNY in this regard.
Our speakers of the day, Partner Koen Hoornaert and Senior Associate Ruben Toelen, provided a thorough overview of the specifics of buy and build strategies with a particular focus on transactional documentation.
