On 5 March 2024, Senior Associate Gautier Busschaert will be one of the speakers at the ERA seminar for legal practitioners in Trier, Germany, ERA (European Law Academy) is a prestigious foundation and association for EU law.
Gautier will specifically address the topic of discrimination on the grounds of disability, the relationship between EU law and the UNCRPD and the concepts of disability and reasonable accommodation.
