Partner Vincent Vuylsteke and associate Liesbeth Todts (also Hasselt University and University of Antwerp) have given a presentation on 20 April 2021 at the Abilways Conference on Public Sector Personnel in Brussels.
In their presentation, titled: "Lawful decision-making in civil servants law: a checklist", Vincent and Liesbeth looked at the relevant aspects with regard to the decision making competence of public sector employers when taking measures relating to their employees. With their checklist they provided usefuI tips for the application of the theory into practice.
