VOW partner Nicolas Simon was recently invited by Nicholas Robertson to discuss the particularities of Belgian employment law on Nicholas' podcast series "A view from Mayer Brown - UK Employment Law". Nicholas Robertson is head of the London Employment Group of Mayer Brown, one the world's largest law firms. He is seen as an authority in UK employment law and he is an early adapter of podcasts on legal topics. Nicholas and Nicolas discuss several elements of Belgian employment law which might seem particular in the eye of an English employment law practioner.
