VO&W partner Luc Wynant and Counsel Jeroen Mues have contributed the Belgian Chapter to the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Private Equity 2019.
The ICLG Private Equity 2019 provides legal expertise on private equity for 31 jurisdictions.The objective is to give global businesses leaders, in-house counsel, and international legal practitioners with ready access to important information regarding the legislative frameworks for private equity. This edition also includes five general chapters, which discuss pertinent issues affecting private equity transactions and legislation. The country chapters focus on issues like structuring matters, governance matters, tansaction terms (general, public and private acquisitions, IPOs), financing, tax matters and legal and regulatory matters.
