Van Olmen & Wynant is delighted to announce that Koen Hoornaert joins Van Olmen & Wynant as Partner. He will, under the leadership of Luc Wynant, help further develop the corporate law practice group.
Koen Hoornaert has a broad experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He advises family businesses, investment funds and multinationals on all aspects of corporate law, with a special knowledge in the field of mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations.
